A wonderful book to purchase is the "Fat Resistance Diet" by Dr. Leo Galland @ http://www.fatresistancediet.com

Google

This book identifies the important superfoods
that should be in everyone's diet. I can't stress
enough that table sugar should be eliminated
from the diet. Fresh and frozen fruits can give
the same satisfaction for those sweet cravings.
Also, using fresh spices bring out the wonderful
flavors in fish/poultry/meat. Eating walnuts and almonds
in small amounts can reduce hunger pangs and eliminate
the need to run out for junk foods.
This book has delightful recipes, using ingredients
that reduce inflammation which have been
linked to many diseases.

loseinches 123

Welcome:
This is my first blogging experience!
I recently lost over 30 pounds & went down 4 sizes. I want to share some of my ideas & hear from you about your successes.
Eliminating sugar is a must. It's not as difficult as you think. There are so many sugar-free options.
It's not a good idea to have a large quantity, but when you have a strong craving, these products are super! For example, if you must have chocolate, there are wonderful sugar-free chocolate puddings. I recommend starting out with a couple of tablespoons. Believe it or not, just a taste, can satisfy you! Moderation really is the key.
